Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are shipped once per week.
All orders that are confirmed and paid by Friday are dispatched on the following Monday.

This schedule applies to products that are in stock.
Custom or made-to-order items are dispatched after production is completed. The estimated production time is indicated on the respective product page.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please provide your full name and shipping address in Latin characters (English alphabet only).

We create shipping labels online, and our system does not accept special non-Latin characters such as: ą, ł, ó, ë, ü, ö, etc. These characters will be automatically replaced with standard Latin letters. This does not affect delivery, but we kindly ask you to enter your details using Latin characters from the beginning.

Communication

If we need to уточнити information about your order, we will contact you via: WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber

Please make sure you are available and check your messages after placing an order.

If you do not use these messengers, please provide your preferred contact method (for example, email) in the order comments.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number.

You can monitor your shipment using the carrier’s tracking system.

Please make sure to collect your parcel from the post office or delivery point on time to avoid returns.
